"Me and my husband stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and very nice. The breakfast was amazing. The only issue was that, for the price you’re paying for a single night, you wouldn’t expect certain problems. The curtain in our bedroom was torn, and the shower’s on/off switch was coming loose. You’d think you wouldn’t encounter issues like these in a five-star hotel"

"We had booked this property, however, due to a medical emergency, we had to cancel our stay on the day of the check-in. The staff was very courteous to consider our last minute cancellation request and refunded the money. I am glad that there are staff members who really care for their guests and are accommodating of unforeseen circumstances. "

"Fantastic stay. Wasn't sure what to expect having read previous reviews but arrived late at night to a lovely welcome (desk staffed 24/7). We shared a twin room which was fairly basic but clean, cool and with quiet air conditioning it was all we needed. Shower room clean and water pressure great. We had no hot water at first but as soon as we raised this it got fixed. We asked for a hairdryer and had it for our stay. Front desk couldn't be more helpful. Full breakfast everyday with lovely waiting staff, especially Sophian, who would do anything for you. All staff very kind and helpful. Riad was close to amenities - great location - yet no sense of noise or hassle and bussle, lovely and peaceful. Highly recommend!"
