「Very clean and well kept hotel. I believe it is 2 years old (2026), so this hotel is pretty new. Only thing is that there is no breakfast or nearby places to eat. You would have to drive to the nearest Pueblo to find a restaurant. Although It has its own in-house restaurant. Great food served with great prices. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights while you visit chichen itza.」

「This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.」

But you better check-in before visiting the Mayan ruins, as all the hotels in this zone are 10 minutes walk to second entrance, not main entrance and all the buses are at main entrance too. From main entrance to the hotel, you have to take 80 peso taxi. Moreover, there is no other restaurant around this area, so you must spend 350 peso per head to enjoy the dinner & breakfast. 「Me gustó el trato del personal y el nivel de servicio. El cuidado del ambiente y la ubicacion del hotel son excelentes si quieres desconectarte un poco. Lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza de la habitación, rente 2 habitaciones en el area de Clamping y ambas estaban sucias, mucho polvo y basura debajo de las camas, en las orillas de la habitacion, los tapetes sucios y muchos insectos dentro de la habitacion. Nos encontramos alacranes, arañas, escarabajos, etc. Pensé que al menos por dentro...
