Chuveiro péssimo. Oscilava entre água fervente e água gelada. Café da manhã com vários itens faltantes e muita demora para repor. Checkout confuso e funcionários despreparados. Já foi um excelente hotel, infelizmente.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente mas o quarto que ficamos era extremamente antigo, com cheiro de mofo, chuveiro pingando e cheio de manchas no chao. Se for se hospedar, sugiro alugar os quartos novos do hotel.

Hotel bom.

O hotel em si é bom, bem localizado mas pecou um pouco no conforto e agilidade no atendimento. O check in poderia ser um pouco mais rápido, tudo bem que era uma pessoa em treinamento mas podia ter a supervisão de um funcionário mais antigo, o check out também achei um pouco demorado. Solicitamos na recepção auxílio de um funcionário para aquecer a jacuzzi e disseram que já enviariam alguém e não foi ninguém. A academia conveniada é boa e bem próxima. Acredito que ajustando esses quesitos e incluindo um salão de jogos nem precisa de muita diversidade o hotel subiria mais em destaque.

Pessimo atendimento na recepção, por uma das atendentes , pedi quarto local mais calmo pq tenho um bebê, foi ignorado, ao fazer reserva pelo site e pelo WhatsApp deles ja tinha feito essa solicitação e tambem da caminha para o bebê, tambem nao tinha no quarto ainda, tive que solicitar mais vezes ate que no final da tarde levaram , piscina um barulho ate altas hrs excedendo as 0hrs , meu quarto foi colocado bem embaixo da area da piscina, então foi complicado, não volto mais....

Solicitei quarto lugar tranquilo pois estava com bebê foi ignorado, colocaram embaixo da piscina onde pessoal ficou ate mais de 0hrs conversando, jogando truco e fazendo uso da piscina que pela norma é ate as 20 hrs,na recepção uma das atendentes grossa , com má vontade para responder.

Precisa URGENTE de reforma e troca dos colchões

Um hotel com estrutura tão boa, porém, precisando de manutenção e revitalização URGENTE. Paredes e portas sujas, piso laminado todo estragado, cama de molas extremamente desconfortável, que foi o motivo principal que nos fez cancelar a reserva em menos de 5 minutos depois de entrar no quarto e ir se hospedar no ÍBIS da cidade.

Feriado de Carnaval

Foi uma viagem em casal para curtir o carnaval. Ficamos hospedados de sábado a quarta. No primeiro dia, tivemos problemas com o ar (ele desligava depois de um tempo ligado). Comunicamos a recepção e uma funcionária tentou arrumar, sem sucesso. No dia seguinte, comunicamos a recepção que o ar condicionado ainda estava desligando e novamente um funcionário foi até o quarto verificar o ocorrido. Conseguiu arrumar. Mas, o termostato da temperatura não funciona. A ar também é muito barulhento. Usamos a piscina e a jacuzzi e ambas estavam limpas. O café da manhã é bom, tem pouca reposição dos alimentos, poucos funcionários e no último dia não tinha o pão francês. Com relação ao quarto, é bem espaçoso, mas falta armário. A TV funcionou muito bem. Não tivemos problemas com a internet. Não utilizamos serviços de quarto e mesmo com a plaquinha de "não perturbe", a camareira entrou para fazer a limpeza. (Já resolvemos no próprio hotel com o gerente). O hotel possui muitas vagas de garagem, mas todas muito apertadas. A recepção trabalha com poucos funcionários e por diversas vezes precisamos nos dirigir até a recepção e a preferência de atendimento é sempre para os telefonemas (pessoas que ligam pedindo cotações/ informações) e nunca do hóspede.

Lugar muito bem localizado, porem em algumas coisas o hotel precisa melhorar, a cama falando do estado do colchão precisa ser trocado, em um estado muito usado e ruim para dormir. Outro ponto que precisam melhorar o cafe da manhã, pouca opção, pouco frios, sucos fracos e bolos com melhor aparencia, nesse ponto precisma melhorar muito, ja o atendimento excelente por parte de todos os funcionários, muito bem atendido pelo Vinicius, Wesley e os demais.
