「We arrived and were given a room reeking of caustic insect killer. We complained and were shown two additional rooms that stank of chemicals. The check in desk clerk claimed, multiple times, that the cleaning staff sprayed fragrance and that she had no knowledge of anyone on staff spraying chemical in any of the rooms. 「We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation.」

「The girl at check in was sweet. The location was great. I don’t think I can say anything else positive. The room was dirty. Dust everywhere. Hair on the appliances and the shower wall. The toilet just ran unless you giggled the small button. Our ac did not work. The room was so hot and our terrace said out of order so we didn’t even have the option to open it for air. The parking is also not included and unless you have a very small vehicle you’ll never make it into the garage. I don’t know how...

「Hair strings on pillows and bed sheet. Mini fridge was broken with a mouldy ice tray inside. Housekeeper entered without knocking at all at 10am. Coffee never got refilled after the first night. 」
