The hotel was in a great location to explore Girona and easy to access from the train station. The room was comfortable, a bit small for two people but good if you are not planning to spend much time inside.

Was here for 4 nights. Would not stay here again in summer, a/c was terrible room running at 27c with a/c set at 16, was given a small oscillating fan, yet the a/c in reception was superior, I ended up sitting there a few times to try and beat the heat. The other thing is reception is only manned from 2pm to about /am, Good location

Adequate for one night stay

It's a 1 star self serve location very close to train station/bus station/high speed train station. I guess you could call it straddling old town with new town. Either way it's walking a few minutes to reach historic sites, shopping and food options.

Lovely and great location

I really enjoyed my stay in Girona. The hotel is lovely and in a great location. My only issue, as a person with mobility issues, that there are stairs to get to the elevator (6 or 8). The WiFi was consistent and strong. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. I would stay here again.

Location and cleanliness were spot-on! Close to the bus, train station and the old town. It was a nightmare to sleep without AC that didnt work all the time and no one is the the reception to help. So expensive for the service provided.

We had to ring a number to be let into the hotel slightly before check-in - two other sets of guests then arrived and the receptionist arrived some 10 minutes after checkin time. Room was fine - but some parts (air con panel, showerhead) had seen much better days. Needed to speak to someone at the end of the stay and no one there to speak to.

Great location, easy self check-in after hours, quiet, clean and tidy room, good check out time. We checked in late due to flight, code was emailed few hours prior to arrival, easy to check in via machine in reception. No problems. Great hotel for a city break.
