Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here from our arrival to our departure. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach because the waters are not kid friendly and is extremely windy.
