"We didn’t eat at the hotel as we just grabbed a croissant and coffee from a cafe nearby with family we were visiting. I would have liked a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. The location was excellent. The room was very clean and bed linen and towels changed daily. The bed was very comfortable."

"My husband and I only had two nights in Toulouse, so staying at the Place du Capitole Hotel was ideal. Being right on the main square meant we could walk everywhere and really make the most of our time. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help, even keeping our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a full final day before flying home. It made our quick trip feel relaxed and easy."

"There are pros and cons about this hotel. I don't think I will use this hotel again. Pros: Across the street from train station. Room is big and have a lot of counter and shelving space. A few restaurants around and access to groceries. Cons: Front desk is not very friendly. Staff at the front desk take a while to acknowledge customer's presence. Check in and out is very time consuming. They ask for a security deposit on credit card and stated that it will be refund at checkout; but, when I check out, they said that it will be refunded at the end of the day. I have never encounter this in any hotel. I did get the refund but it's impossible to follow up after you have left the hotel and moved cities. Also, it's listed as an apartment hotel; unfortunately, while the room has cook tops and sink, it has no cooking equipment or dishes. When I asked for a bowl and plate at the front desk, they said that it's only for studio room and so they wouldn't provide me with either. This is very strange, and defeated the purpose of booking this room."

"Unfortunately there was no bar or food for hotel guests available due to a private function the hotel was providing elsewhere. This was disappointing considering hotel cost and also the approach the restaurant staff explaining to hotel guests. "

"Small kitchen in room but no tea coffee etc so get your own. Microwave, oven and hob as well as a fridge. Comfy bed. Small breakfast room with limited cold breakfast is available."

"L'environnement est calme. La rue Saint Michel est entièrement refaite. Le seul bémol il n'y a plus de place pour les voitures."
