Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again ...
