"Stayed here when the flight got in very late at night. Very helpful staff. The shuttle is needed to get here from the airport as it would be very difficult to walk. However we learnt that there is a free bus if you don't mind a 5 min walk between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was good. Overall good value for money. If you don't have a car, like us, then its not so good for visiting Milan as you have 2 public transport journeys. But for an overnight stay if you get in late at the airport...

"We stayed at this hotel for one night before our early morning flight from Milan Malpensa Airport. We arrived around 11 PM and only needed a clean and comfortable room to get some rest before our 9 AM flight. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed cockroaches crawling around. We went to the reception to report the issue, expecting at least to be offered another room. "The hotel is old but maintained. The washroom was not very clean. The food is expensive but tasty. I want to specially thank the receptionist who called me for my shuttle since my alarm didn’t go off. I could have missed my flight if it weren’t for you. There is also nothing to do in the surroundings so prepare yourself to spend on uber is you want to get anywhere other than the airport."
