「Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

「Clean room」

「The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning my room, attending to my needs. The breakfast had a variety of Indian and western food items.」

「Almost everything is perfect. Parking is just manageable.」

「Washrooms can be more cleaner」

「Professional staff polite and helpful」

「Clean room」

「The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there.」

「Central location. Room were clean, but the linen and the towels could have been better. 」

「Na」

「Terrible hotel the rooms are not as advertised on also charged me a full the cancellation fee even though I did not check in and even informed them.」

「Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving.」

「Good clean room.. Friendly staff」
