「clean room and facilities」

「The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. Coffee was bad with only flavored or sweetened creamers available. No daily maid service. Rooms cleaned upon departure or after 7 days. Whichever comes first. Tried to check in 15 minutes early with only 6 cars in the lot and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Price was only a couple of dollars less but not...

「This was a great value! The pool area was fabulous with very comfortable loungers. It had a bit of a resort feel with the palm trees and plants in the courtyard surrounding it. Breakfast albeit the same every day there was a nice variety. The happy hour Monday - Thursday was really nice touch as well! Location you couldn’t beat either being right across from a large shopping area and the In and Out burger place! 」

「The hotel is right off the freeway. It looks like it’s rather new. Very very nice looking rooms. Seems like plenty of space and the staff is very nice. One thing I would suggest if you use bar soap for you need to bring your own cause they don’t only have the pump soap and lotion in the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up and if I ever go to Yuma again I will be staying there.」

「 The objective of our trip was to travel across the border to Mexico to get some dental work completed. The place was super accommodating. It wasnt too far from the border. I felt very safe in this hotel.」

Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here. Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave. Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower. No...
