"Hotel was in a great location and very nice, however, our room was not cleaned our first day and we needed towels. We called the front desk and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Finally we tried using the text “Laurel” option which we did not get a reply for almost 3 hours. We had to complain to our housekeeper the next morning and request she clean the room and give us towels. Also the body wash container was empty and never filled our whole stay. We did not use the pool area as it is quite expensive. Other than the room cleaning issue, we enjoyed the property and location is perfect"

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was in the bally tower. Casino was big and clean. Great location. The only negative was that the pool area could use an update Alot of the lounge chairs were ripped. But the staff were nice and there was a good selection of restaurants! We would stay there again."
