「Its a very dated property, but it gives it that real seaside hotel feel about it. Traditional! The rooms are clean with a modern bathroom (lacking shelf space in the bathroom). But lots of facilities in the room, and the daily maid service was great, giving us more bottled water and towels on a two night stay. 」

「We stayed for one night, and it was fabulous! The staff and manager really made this stay great. Nothing was too much trouble. It was relaxing and calm. Everything was spotless clean. Our bedroom was great, with a view of the sea spacious and really comfortable. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef! Enjoyed the stay so much we are booking again. We really recommend this hotel...but more than anything what a fantastic team.」

「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」

「Beautiful setting. It was another very warm day but there are plenty of shady spots on the terrace where you can sit with a cool drink and enjoy the very spacious gardens. 「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」
