"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Savoy hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of our visit. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a gracious smile. We extend our special thanks to Charles, Valentina, and Katrin for their kindness and warmth, as well as to the breakfast ladies—unfortunately, we did not catch their names.
