"Wonderful stay for 3 days! Amazing staff. Loved the many options for breakfast. Bed and work area were great. The closest hotel to Bern’s main train station was a very important part of my stay. Only 5 minutes or less to walk to the down escalator!"

"Clean room, polite and professional service, comfortable beds and good sized/clean bathrooms. Also, the hotel location is impeccable. I'm only giving 4 stars because: 1) the pillows were somewhat thin and not very easy to sleep on, and 2) there was an unpleasant odour at the front entrance to the hotel when we arrived and it stayed there for 2 days. Not sure what was causing it but I hope the hotel management takes care of it. Otherwise, excellent stay, I would come back to this hotel any time. "
