「Staff was amazing」

「We booked an ADA walk in shower accessible for family we were traveling with. When we arrived computers were down, didn’t no when we could check in. I was told to check back in an hour. Now they guarantee 3 pm check in. I called back and at 6 pm she asked if I was on the list. Earlier when I was present there was no list.
