「This property is in a quiet area away from the busy Assisi streets, but with stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage site from below. Our host, Andrea, was very welcoming and friendly and provided helpful advice regarding parking and restaurants in the town. The room was clean and well-appointed while the property itself is spacious with lovely gardens and pool area. 」

The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. 「Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.」

L’ospitalità di Claudio merita menzione per l’attenzione, la cordialità e la disponibilità che ci ha mostrato all’arrivo e alla partenza. Nota positiva anche alla colazione per la genuinità delle materie prime. Alla prossima volta a Paciano non ci saranno dubbi sulla scelta dell’albergo!」

「We had a very, very nice stay. A big room and bathroom. A good dinner with a perfect wine. The breakfast was the best we’ve had during our week in Italy. The owner is very dedicated to give good service. The big pool looks nice, but it is October so we took a walk into Citta` della Pieve instead.」
