Such a beautiful place with the most amazing view! Staff was wonderful, room was beautiful and just what we needed for our one night stay. Easy walk to Perugia center and all the sights. Breakfast had plenty of options. Highly recommend

Perfect peaceful and friendly bed and breakfast

What a wonderful guest house with attentive service. The location is perfect, in a peaceful area with amazing views from the balcony yet just a short stroll away from the centre of the old town. We saw lots of birds from the hotel. In the afternoon when the balcony was in shade, the sun terrace was perfect to sit and read a book. Perugia is such an historic and beautiful city unspoilt by tourism. We meet a lot of people who didn't speak English which was lovely. We would thoroughly recommend Il Punto. PS although there is a kettle, I'd recommend that you bring your own coffee sachets

The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is a far walk from the center. I travel often and I was super impressed with the rooms. The view, amenities, cleanliness, and especially Janette, Luciano, and Patricia helped us navigate the surrounding to get to places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! Highly recommended! The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the view incredible! Waking up to sunrise over the mountains, hearing the birds (and rooster!) was so peaceful. The hosts, Jeannette and her husband, were super nice and personable, and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was included and very delicious, with so many choices of beverage and foods, both Italian style and American style . Parking was free and available upon prearranged request, right in front of the building. Walkable to the city if you don't mind the steep climbs. This was a great stay, and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Perugia or the Umbria region.

I didn't like they did not explain that adding eggs for breakfast and taking water from the fridge in the room was all extra. I already paid for breakfast which was very basic, so paying more for rubbery eggs was not what I was thinking. Also there is a strong smell of cigarettes as the lady at the reception is a smoker, which I don't like when people smoke in places such as hotels.

Modern clean comfortable and somewhere to look forward to returning at the end of the day. Optional breakfast with broad choices and good quality. Staffing very helpful and check in simple.Fabulous views. An A4 small detail map provided but greater greater detail would be helpful. (Full maps are difficult to find). Downside limited parking for those with cars. Generally a most enjoyable stay (I wish it were longer).

We were initially accommodated in a room, located on the lower floor. The room and its facilities were nice, but we found it cold and the guests from the room above ours were noisy. We shared this with our host and we were moved to a greater room - warm, more quiet and spacious, so the remainder of our stay went really well. The hotel is located right out of the historical town, within 20 minutes from the city center. This made it easier for us in terms of getting in and out of the city. The hotel offered a parking for extra fee, which made it really convenient for us too. The rooms were clean, spacious and bright, the beds and the pillows were new and comfortable, the view was great. However, the room facilities were a bit limited - there was a small refrigerator, the A/C was centrally turned off, there were no laundry facilities at property, there was no electric kettle in the room, however, we were given one after addressing this. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended!

The property was great. Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. And the views were incredible. Overlooking the green hills and up to center. Within a 30 minute walk to the center, though there are some narrow passages. Downgraded because the bed was very uncomfortable. The two twin mattresses forming the "queen" kept moving apart, creating a crater in the middle. Probably better for a single person.

Charming and cosy with best view ever

Dejligt dejligt sted, som jeg varmt kan anbefale. I gåafstand til den gamle middelalderbydel; store, nye og velindrettede værelser; fantastisk udsigt. Som skandinav er man vant til et større morgenmadsudvalg, men det er jo den italienske stil. Helt igennem et charmerende sted. Kommer meget gerne igen!

Luogo incantevole, servizio e gentilezza dello staff eccellenti. Camere molto confortevoli. Unico neo: letto decisamente non all'altezza della struttura. Materasso scomodissimo e doghe peggiori. Se investono su qualcosa che fa decisamente la differenza, in un soggiorno di questo tipo diventerà una prima scelta tutte le volte che volessimo tornare in umbria.

From the moment the door opened to our beautiful room we just loved it!! The panoramic view from the balcony was outstanding. Gorgeous sunrise! A bit of a walk to the main piazza. A taxi ride back was only 10 euro. Bed was very comfortable, room and common areas were very clean. Be sure to book a food tour with “Taste of Perugia Food Tours”. Richard was a wonderful guide and his recommendation for dinner that night at”Hosteria a Priori” was wonderful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and the view off our balcony was beyond!!!!! The only issue we had was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Otherwise- simply amazing!!!

Une très belle chambre avec vue magnifique et située tout près de l’entrée nord de Perugia. On peut tout faire à pied si on aime marcher. Le supplément parking ne s’impose pas. Le service petit-déjeuner est sous traité à un prestataire extérieur, un petit peu dommage au vu de la qualité de l’établissement et de la chambre, mais il n’y a pas de solution proche pour prendre son petit-déjeuner…Mais un très bel établissement avec un bon accueil idéal pour visiter la magnifique Perugia

Ein Kleinod über den Dächern von Perugia. Zwar etwas abgelegen aber mit Auto/Taxi kein Problem um in die Altstadt zu kommen. Herrliche Aussicht, modernes großzügiges Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht und dazu ein tolles Frühstück auf einem Serviereagen, was keine Wünsche offen lies. Gerne wieder
