「Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.」

「Service is at a very “relaxed” pace, particularly in the restaurant. I couldn’t check in until 3pm so had a couple beers at the hostel next door. Location next to the dock is *super* convenient, but boat is traffic is constant so can be a bit noisy. Only a couple mins walk to Stand Up Paddle Atitlan (highly recommend their sunrise tour). Room was comfortable, although mine had no door between the bed and bathroom so something to keep in mind if you’re not traveling solo! Had a great view over...
