"Friendly staff. Large, homely, comfortable and bright bedroom. I arrived early at noon and the room was ready. Location also good, it's walkable distance to the shopping mall and Rhine River bank."

Very poor room cleaning
"The service is really poor. We hung the card outside the room for 2 days and especially talked to the house keeper guy that we need room cleaning on the 2nd day, but still not done. They claimed we didn’t hang the cleaning request card correctly but in fact we did. N even on the 3rd day after room ..."
