This is one of our favorite places to stay when we go to the Peninsula. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
During this stay our full sized refrigerator and freezer stopped working on day two. They immediately swapped it out for a new one. While we we’re waiting for the new unit to cool down to temperature the manager went out and bought 5 bags of ice to help keep food cold in our coolers. She also compensated us $100 for the food that did get ruined.

The only quirk was you had to call a number on the door to get a code text to you to open the door. I'm from Maine visiting Alaska so my reception was terrible. The lady showed up while I was waiting for the text to come through and assisted me. Once I got in the text came through.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant in the same building served excellent food. The food was as good if not better than some of the fine dining restaurants in Anchorage. Will definitely stay at the Soldotna Inn again.
