「The room was extremely small for what was advertised. Shower didn’t drain and was standing in water up to the ankles. No soap out. Had to search for it in the drawers which were a bit scattered. Pool code didn’t work. Screen door was off the hinges and just sitting up against the glass door. Back patio was dirty and not well maintained. Location was a plus 」

「GREAT VIEW, very nice house with great decor, and many personal touches. Great kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. however there are few things we like to point out: 1. if you need help, you are dealing with AI !!! 2. the fancy coffee / barista Breville espresso machine did not work until we completely cleaned up the messes from previous renters. we watched utube clips how to work this machine ! 3. in the first night (at 10.30pm) my husband had to run back to the grocery store...

「We still aren’t out of the pandemic and the apartment was filthy. It was clearly not properly cleaned, the sinks were dirty, garbage was full. I will never use this service again. To make matters worse we called the company after hours number twice and there was nothing they can do other than to say that we can throw the garbage out ourselves. The WiFi also didn’t work. This unit was not cheap by any means and I am shocked that it would even be listed. I booked multiple units for the weekend and...
