"This place was incredible, you have almost a 360 view of the city and surrounding mountains. The room was super clean and cozy, I was very comfortable. It’s in walking distance of everything. Lucio was awesome, the hospitality was great."

8/10 Good
"I have to say this was a too fancy business-type hotel for us, I didn't expect this and I rarely give such good reviews for hotels. Honestly I don't really care about how fancy it is, but it was well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and cleaned very well. The bathroom was nice and also cleaned very well. You can't use the elevator without the key for your room and that was tricky, and also scary for me, because it was one of those elevators where you can see the outside and it was too much excitement for this old lady 😆. They offer breakfast which seems a bit pricey for me and we decided to try somewhere else. There was a gas station really close by with baked goods and we went there. But I am definitely keeping this hotel in the books for the future, and maybe next time will try the breakfast."
"I will start with the most important for me which is cleanliness and how comfortable it is, and I have to say they are doing a great job about that. We only stayed 1 night. The hotel seemed like a fancy business-type hotel, which is not what I was looking for, but I was so pleasantly surprised how well cleaned and comfortable the room and the bathroom was. We are a family of five and the most important for me was comfortable and a clean room. They did have an issue with air conditioning in one of the rooms, and we had to switch rooms with my husband because he can not handle Bulgarian heat without proper conditioning. The bathroom was also well cleaned and nice, there was one thing that was just a bit annoying and that was the tub and the side piece of glass, which didn't prevent from water getting on the floor and it wasn't pleasant, but that is an issue with most hotels in Bulgaria I think. Unfortunately we couldn't eat at the restaurant which was only open for events apparently, and I had a different impression. Not a lot of food options close by, which is not the fault of the hotel of course. There is a restaurant with free delivery called Happy. We ordered from there and the food was delivered in a timely manner and the delivery guy was polite."
"Disappointed with club lounge when we we unable to get a further drink 20 mins before end time and told bar was busy. However on check out this was acknowledged and we were made an offer of transfer to airport but as pre- booked one, we asked for a complimentary drink which was provided.
Otherwise a great hotel, staff, breakfast and comfortable room. Had trestment at spa which was lovely.
Walking to centre easy and things to see around the hotel"
"This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would have given this stay a better rating except for one thing. As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)"
"It was excellent until after I checked out and had to wait a couple hours until my taxi arrived to go to my next destination. The doorman who handled luggage was rude and had me sit in a “different” reception room which was extremely awkward and uncomfortable"
