Two issues, TV and satelite antenna required 2 in person visits from the off site owner/ manager to get the TV to work about 40 min. process Second issue,which not much can be done, 3 trains...

「We absolutely loved everything about this place. Rooms were clean, welcoming. It was very nice to have a full kitchen/fridges to utilize for our stay. They a had nice simple breakfast and coffee. Staff were so friendly. We would definitely recommend and come back .」

「It's an older place but for the value it was exceptional. I loved the location...500 yards from eruption brewing and 1000 yards from the hot springs entrance so park it and forget it. I will definitely stay again if I'm in lava」

「Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!」
