Staff were amazing! Super friendly. Allowed us to check in early. They all went above and beyond in helping with some personal items. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location was perfect. Central to everything.

Was in a two room suite for more than 5 days. It’s on the expensive side (using Vietnamese standards) For that, you get slightly more space than the cramped guest rooms in smelly Old Quater hotels. But visiting tourist attractions takes a slightly more time and negligible Grab ride cost. So budget your time accordingly. Inside room amenities are all there but quite old.(my shower head had about 1/2 of water nozzles blocked by years of mineral and calcium build up). Hallways had old dingy carpeting and had bit of an odor. Restaurant food didn’t look appetizing. (Much better food options outside). Service when requested was prompt and genuine.
