「The Lakeside B&B is a wonderful place to stay in Florence, WI. Just the view of Fisher Lake from the wrap around veranda makes me want to come back. It is very cozy and welcoming with comfortable bedrooms and wonderful community spaces with a game room, enclosed sitting area and eating area with a fridge and pizza oven. The owners are friendly and make a great waffle breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.」

Although the website says no pets, the front desk told us that if we call them in advance and ask, they apparently have four rooms designated as "pet friendly". 「Room and hotel were super clean. Great room/bath. My only complaint was check in. Got to the hotel at five o’clock on Friday night and there was no one at the desk. That seemed odd. There was the typical “stepped away “ sign on the counter and a number to call. I called and it rang about 15 times, stopped ringing, then went through the call options and started to ring again. 「Room was dirty. Table has not been wiped there's still marks of drinks on the table and it's sticky. Aircon was soo dusty. Cable wires in the room has not properly mounted its just on the floor. We didn't eat breakfast as the food was not appealing. The mandarin orange was totally rotten half of it has molds and dark brown. My husband has to ask for coffee as its empty. 「One of our rooms was spacious, clean and all mechanical working properly. The second room, which I stayed in, had a space heater on the floor and a window air conditioner (which was noisy and not keeping the room cool). Can tell attempted to updated the room, but it is an older resort and they took a cheap approach when remodeling the older rooms.
