"Hotel is new and maintained well! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with enough choice but after a couple of days, you feel the need to try something else. Parking spaces are small. Great place; we would stay here again."

"Friendly, polite staff. Nice, clean and quiet rooms. Parking was great and hotel location is central to everything. We have stayed at several different hotels in Kelowna and this is the first that we would consider staying at again. They were in the middle of a renovation and some spaces weren’t open/available while we were there so we are sure it would be even better once they have completed their renovation. "

"If you are looking for a quiet out of the way getaway this is the place. I enjoyed being the ranch with all the animals and peaceful evenings. The room had a great view despite the current Kelowna fires. Would have loved to stay longer."

"The room was a good size, liked the balcony, at first glance it was clean but there were a lot of stains on the carpet, the bedding had a stain right in the middle, they didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels, they did bring extra when we asked. It was a convenient location, friendly staff, but wish it was a bit cleaner."

"Our room was very well attended to with clean towels and our bed made every morning. We noticed the room had been dusted and all was tidied up by the time we came in for the evening. Where we were situated it was very calm and peaceful. Very nice experience!"

"I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. Everything was well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again."
