「Pool - excellent temperature, and the children really enjoyed the shallow end. Perfect for young children after a day at the Aquatarium. 「Overall this is a very nice hotel, decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean... My one complaint is the height of the toilet. It's so low that the towel rack was hanging off probably from people using it to help them get back up. I was traveling with my senior mother and she had to go down the hall to use the family washroom because it had a rail. Definitely not an accessible hotel. The beds were comfortable though, just get higher toilets please. I'm only 5'4 and I had trouble getting back up. 」

「The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. 」

「The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and welcoming and gave clear instructions re all the amenities and provided me with a bucket and two bags of ice. Even though close to the highway the room was quiet and all items functioned very well. The bed was excellent and the bathroom and room very clean. Great Place.」
