「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？」

「We absolutely loved this hotel and found the price to be very reasonable for such a beautiful place. The staff were always so helpful and friendly in particular the young lad at the pool area most days. Always smiling and will do anything for the guests. Our bed was super comfortable and the room clean and fresh towels and water provided daily. We are so glad we chose to stay in Lido and not in Venice and would highly recommend.」

「The pancakes were divine! Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Property well landscaped and maintained. Wished we knew the pool didn’t open til 6/6 at booking and that the golf course is essentially managed by someone other than the hotel. But the concierge helped us plan our day and made us very comfortable. Not only was breakfast delicious there’s a juicer and fresh fruit to create your on drink combinations. Just lovely.」
