"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "Very nice hotel & staff. Superb breakfast. The LARGEST bed pillow you will ever see. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy outside being in the city centre; late at night and early morning. No A/C meant having the window open which allowed for all the street noise.
