「This was a last minute weekend getaway and I am so happy we booked. The Hotel was clean, smelled amazing, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were also delicious.」

「The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower」

I asked for help from the front desk and the woman said yes they get lots of complaints it’s hit or miss and they are looking into it. The pool is tiny. The loungers and sofas are all very worn out. 「Location is convenient, but background noise from I-87 might be a problem for light sleepers. Room/bathroom was very clean; Maria at the front desk is wonderfully accommodating; breakfast is hot, with nice options (scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, bacon); walkable to downtown.」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed with a few things: 1) We arrived to find the air conditioning not working. And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay.」

「Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice.」

The only bad thing was the AC not being cold enough, we reported twice and the explanation they give me didn’t make sense at all. I requested a new room and the hotel was sold out. Breakfast was not included due to buffet being shut down」
