"My third time staying Escamilla Lodge. Can’t say enough. This place is wonderful for everything you want, activities, water, sightseeing, wildlife, etc. Had the opportunity to go with my grandkids and they absolutely loved it. The marked hiking trails are an added bonus where my five-year-old and three year-old grandchildren were able to easily maneuver the trails and got to see wildlife. What a wonderful experience. We will make it our fourth next year!"

"Loved the vicinity of hotel and that it had someone at the desk at all times. I think a portable fan in rooms would be nice especially as the windows don’t open and no AC. Just a fan to plug in would be nice, there was a fan in closet but only for heat. Shower was great. Bathroom sink did not drain, needs some maintenance as well as the toilet handle."

"Beautiful tent, super friendly staff, beautiful view, great activities. Only issue was one I am sure the location cannot control - a barking dog off property that kept us up at night. We will definitely try other Under Canvas locations!"

"It's a lovely large yard that is beautifully landscaped. The room overlooks the Columbia River with views of Mount Adams. The family hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We spent five relaxing days there and would come back again. Good wi-fi connection."

"The parking arrangement was excellent since you can get your car close to the room that you will be occupied. The receptionist for check-in was very helpful and well informed. They walked with you to your room to show you where you would be staying. The room furnishings were beautiful, new, and very utilitarian. The kitchenette was well stocked. The grounds were impeccable."
