"the room was fine staff was fine we checked in and got ready for our show came back after dinner put our stuff in the refrigerator we turned off tv to go to sleep and there was a really loud noise coming from the entertainment center but we had to be up early Saturday to work our show Saturday morning everything was warm in the fridge and water on the floor we had to toss out all our food into the garbage had to stop at a store to replace what we lost when we got back from our show i went to the front desk to see what they could do about it I had to help the gal to pull out the entertainment center to unplug the fridge she offered to put our stuff in the staff fridge instead of replacing the fridge we also had a leak in the bathroom celling and they could not fix it at that time we were charged full price for the room and had to replace our food that was bad from sitting in a fridge that should have been replaced way before we got there everything else was good "

"The positives definitely outweigh the negatives. The house is beautiful, as is the view of the lake and its location. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is amazing. Amenities of kitchen are great. There were two negatives. First, it's a pet friendly home, which would be okay if there wasn't an odor and stains on the carpeting. Second, the TV in the living room is dated. It requires you bring your own streaming device. This is fine, but we didn't receive this information until we got the check-in instructions after we had started traveling. Therefore, too late. Communication with owner is great."
