「We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. 「Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Owner was very easy to contact and very pleasant. Only short walk from train station, bus stop and seafront. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.」

「Apartment was clean. Had everything you need for a short stay. Short walk away from the sea front and pleasure beach. Lots of shops within walking distance. Free onsite parking. Easy self check in and check out. Communication from owner was fast and she was very helpful. Yes i would stay again. 」

「The property needs a good clean, everything apart from the bedding was very grubby. The wall behind the toilet was unclean so was the handbasin. The toilet roll holder was completely covered in red rust.The free standing cupboard with towels on it was light and easy to move was encased in cobwebs at the rear and sides for all to see. Door frames and skirting boards at not been wiped in many a week. In all everything felt very grubby. 」
