「Inside decoration grand and gorgeous. Staff very warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Convenient location at entrance of Kotor old town. Bathroom a bit small and old.」

「Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The...

「All is good except noisy from the other rooms and street.」

「Great location and staff.」

「Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould. I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom. Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes...

「Well located in the old town.」

「The staff at the hotel are amazing, very friendly and accommodating! We have had a lovely stay. The staff arranged the boat trip for us so we didn’t have to walk into the old town and the boat picked us up by the water a minute walk from the hotel. We also hired paddle boards from the hotel. There’s a couple of restaurants and a little supermarket a minute walk from the hotel, if not the old town is a 40 minutes away but it’s a lovely walk along the water, with various places to eat on the...

「This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...
