The location inside the castle walls is very cool, excellent restaurants on the door step, clean and fresh rooms with lots of toiletries. Breakfast was included which could have a bit more variety, that part was ok, the rest of the stay was excellent

Its a small hotel with only 13 rooms, doesnt look much from the outside but our room was amazing, huge room with a seperate seating area really beautiful, stone walls and really quirky decoration, would definitely stay here again, staff were lovely, really helpful

The staff was absolutely spectacular! I had an attic townhouse room, which, although the downstairs was very big I do not enjoy walking up, narrow steps to a very narrow room with only a bed and no nightstands and no TV, and I looked inside some other rooms and I recommend just getting a horizontal room. They look so much better, great location, breakfast was average to below average but overall great experience.

Breakfast was almost beyond perfection, rooms were quite comfortable, one of the showers did not have a door but it was not an issue thanks to the other aspects of room’s plan. Staff are rather friendly, and polite. In addition, the view from the window is splendid, and rooms interior is very cozy. In general, it is one of the best places to stay in a wonderful city of Kotor in Montenegro.

The front desk attendant (young girl in school for hotel management) was amazing. She went out of her way to assure we had an excellent time. Check in was easy. The rooms are massive especially for old town. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

The Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The room was well appointed. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. The biggest issue is that the hotel is next to a bar/restaurant but every night played very loud music until 1 AM. The hotel is lovely and a great location. Again the staff was terrific, but unfortunately, I could not recommend because of the terrible noise level and I do think for a four star hotel, they should do something about that and improve the quality of their food.

Front desk and kitchen staff were very nice and professional. They helped me with a map and suggestions. The kitchen staff did a great job with the set up and I got there each day at 7am and everything was set up and I was given a nice greeting. I would stay here again. My room with all remodeled and clean, but it had a terrible floor plan, don't ask for room 12. stairs lead to upstairs bed and it is tight, no side table. The shower door opens in and I had a hard time closing the door because of the tight fit. They also need to replace the two chairs with a small sofa. hotel is in a great location, close tho everything and great food options. If you are driving, parking in the city is difficult. The city lots were full at 9:30 am and I always saw a line to try to get in.

Well located in the old town, a good sized room and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. However due to the design of the room there was little room either side of the bed and there were only 2 formal chairs which meant it wasn't a comfortable room. The breakfast area was located outside on the terrace which was nice but it was a small area which made it difficult to get around the tables. The breakfast was ok but not too much choice, the coffee machine needs updating it took forever to get a couple of coffees and needs a toaster or the sandwich machine updating. Enjoyed our stay but could have been much better with a few improvements.
