「We Stayed here in May 2026. It's a great location with shops Zoo and Beach in walking distance and the old town Harbour and other areas within a 20min Car journey. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.」

「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「A bit far from old city that customer shall factor the time and cost to reach the old city. Old property that do not up to 4 star international standard. Variety of breakfast.」

「Everything about this property was top notch! The bed and pillows were heavenly. The robes and the towels were white and fluffy. The staff were welcoming, prompt and efficient. The breakfast was a la carte and prepared with care. The juice was freshly squeezed, the coffees were excellent. Can't find fault with anything! Really enjoyed our stay!」

「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」

「It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.」

「The property was good and the people were very nice and let us cheek in early as well. They let us use the kitchen space and the utensils and made sure to give us everything we’ve needed. I really got home vibes there. I’ll definitely chime back if I could. 」

「This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.」
