「The hotel was very poorly staffed throughout our stay. 75%+ of tables had dirty glasses / empty bottles that needed clearing. All draught options were off at the bar and we were charged 20% service for opening 2 bottles of beer. The spa was ok but very tired. The changing rooms had a lot of broken plastic worksurfaces. The pool itself was ok but had clearly had a rushed refurbishment with a poorly fitting pool liner. It all felt quite claustrophobic. The jacuzzi was way over-chlorined...

Good that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Did not like that there were only tall chairs in the bar, as I am not a very tall person I struggle to get on them and found them uncomfortable. Good selection of good and drinks in the bar, reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again.」
