Staff were all wonderful! Our room and all the restrooms in the facility were spotless! We also really enjoyed The Loop which we could board through the South Valet.

Beautiful room facing Bellagio fountain when we got into correct room. We booked a fountain facing room for more money but when we checked in they didn’t have availability of our room so we had to use a less expensive room for first night and then move to correct room the next day. That wasn’t fun and they couldn’t refund the price difference, however, they did remove the amenity charge for one day and gave us some room credit for food. A reasonable compromise.
