"Staff were helpful when we arrived at the hotel but they did not response to late check in procedure message. It’s clean but old, there were insects (mosquitoes and ants in our room) Breakfast choices were good and of good quality, deserving of a special mention. "

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were even very accommodating when we had visitors, which meant a lot to us. The food at the restaurant was excellent—we ended up dining there the entire time because everything was so good and convenient. One of our favorite moments was relaxing by the pool and enjoying the breathtaking lake view. To top it all off, they also arrange sand dune tours with pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel, which made everything so easy. Truly a hidden gem in Ilocos—highly recommended!"

"Room was clean. Slower tiles had mold in the cracks Kettle does not shut off when done. Continues to boil even after taking the kettle off the base. Continues to boil Lights at the pool were all off at 9:30. Yet the pool is open til 10"
