「No kleenex - No alarm clock - Missing towel rack - No iron or board - 2 tables, no recliner (as Pictured) - key pad cover missing - Bugs on floor and in tub - roofing nails in parking lot. hoe about a toaster that toasts 2 sides of bread and jelly. no juice available. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. After driving all day and arriving exhausted with a confirmed reservation, I was refused check-in without any effort to resolve the situation or provide a reasonable solution. The staff showed no empathy or professionalism, leaving us stranded late at night after hours on the road. A reservation should actually mean something, but apparently not at this hotel. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking here. Unreliable service,...

「The pool is refreshing and not huge but not too small either. The pool hours though have been changed: pool opens 8am and closes at 8pm. I work 8am to 5, 6 or 7pm depending on the day. So it's inconvenient for me however the Day Clerk explained that patrons were not following the rules with playing loud music and prolonging the exiting of the pool at 10pm so they changed it to 8pm」

「The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. 」

「I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...
