"Excellent staff. Everyone with a genuine smile and a sense of attention to details. Location is also marvelous, the beach is the best with comfortable beach chairs and a well located bar. Once again the staff at the beach were friendly and helpful. Couple of things need improvement: 1) there is a need for cabanas to change wet swim suits. 2) the beach shower needs to be better maintained and perhaps closed. "We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. "What a gem of a place! Super clean, renovated with the nicest staff. It is honestly underpriced. Great location to get to the nicest of beaches and most comfortable beds and pillows…and trust me, we are so picky about our beds. Beautiful pool and such nice breakfast options. The staff were incredibly kind and hardworking. Highly recommended!!!"
