Hôtel vieillot, D&Co n’est pas passé par là c’est certain. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas. Le service comment dire… hôtel plein ou quasi, lundi matin 1er novembre une seule personne pour tout faire : les départ mais aussi le petit déjeuner aussi elle rechargeait entre deux départ mais comme on attendait tous à manger depuis un certain temps le petit déjeuner n’était pas à volonté !!!

Das Hotel war für einen Kurzurlaub eine gute Wahl.Das Frühstück war gut.Die Lage des Hotels war zentral zu Ausflugszielen. Leider war das Schwimmbad nicht nutzbar.

Klassiek Duits hotel geschikt veel wandelaars.

Prima hotel, lekker eten, kamer aan vernieuwing toe, GEEN wifi in sommige kamers, mooie streek om te wandelen, fietspaden alleen niet geschikt voor mountainbike.

Sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Selbst in der sicherlich auch für ein Hotel schwierigen “Coronazeit“ haben die Angestellten versucht dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Corona bedinkten Einschränkungen/Auflagen (Abstand z.B. beim Büffetraunm/2 Mann Regel) wurden gut umgesetzt. Minuspunkte gibt es für das Zimmer und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten ein paar kleinere Reparaturen (Austausch Duschkopf) gebrauchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Wasser. Das Essen und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Hygienevorschriften wurden sehr gut umgesetzt. Das Personal war nicht überschwänglich freundlich und hat sicher auf Grund von Corona in den vergangenen Wochen sehr gelitten. Es ist regionales Personal und wer die Leute dort kennt, weiß auch dass es manchmal hart aber herzlich zu geht. An der Ausstattung an Shampoo und DuschGel könnte man besser Spender im Badezimmer aufstellen von abgepackter Seife. Nachhaltigkeit scheint eher etwas modernes zu sein und modern und zeitgemäß ist man dort leider nicht. Alles in allem war ich aber sehr zufrieden. Ich liebe die Eifel und deren Bewohner sehr.

Nous avons aimé la beauté du site, la grandeur des chambres, la propreté, la piscine, les petits déjeuner très bons et complets et le calme. Nous avons déploré le restaurant (buffet tout en sauce), le manque de wifi, les chaînes TV sont très limitées et uniquement en Allemand. Très peu de produits de toilette, pas d'essuies pour la piscine.

Good location is a plus as is the excellent breakfast on offer and the pool facility. - Beware book in is 3pm not 2pm - very unhelpful man on reception when we tried to book in at 2pm as per e-mail and info on Hotels.com website, verging on rude turned his head away repeating book in at 3pm no initial welcome or direction to terrace seating area etc, customer care training required at the least ! Wonder if they had lost a receptionist as waiting staff appeared to double up and cover reception but some did not seem comfortable with book in/out system. Some staff were helpful but others appeared to be unable to smile during our three days there. So much potential a bit of sprucing up and some customer care would go a long way.

timewarp lost opportunity - spend money to update!

A basic, remote and overpriced 2 star hotel (advertised pool, sauna, room with balcony not working / not available) with cost effective 70s decor, thin carpets, little soundproofing and a noisy caravan-like toilet . Sulky reception (owner?) who conceded to an early check-in after some comedy (to us at the least) to-ing and fro-ing and a 4.5 % discount for no pool, sauna, balcony (or welcome). Breakfast better with fair choice and a fair few flies on the buffet. of the 7 hotels we stayed in across Germany.
