"They had free deoderant but the room toiletries were hit and miss. I enjoyed you could purchase snacks and drinks in the lobby. Rooms were what you would expect. I would probably stay again if i was in the area."

"The bed in our room was filthy and covered in human body hair, including what appeared to be pubic hair. It was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be upscale, especially one under the Hilton brand. I specifically asked that management acknowledge the issue with the cleaning staff so that I could at least know the situation was being taken seriously. Unfortunately, no one from management ever spoke with us. The front desk employee who sent housekeeping to re-clean the room simply offered us one free breakfast. This experience was incredibly upsetting. The condition of the bed was so unsanitary that we could not sleep and felt genuinely uncomfortable staying in the room. It also made us question what else in the room may not have been properly cleaned. I took detailed photos and videos of the situation. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this before—especially not at a Hilton property that markets itself as an upscale hotel."

"Close to attraction, can walk or take shuttle. Was quiet and comfortable beds. Low water pressure in shower but typical of LA. "

"Layout was great, but we only had three towels when we checked in and another bed set missing, etc. Just wish the room was prepared. Better but overall great experience. Also could use a few more wildfires with as many people as go for breakfast in the morning"

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever reserved. The room was filthy no air conditioning broken up items in the room. We couldn’t check in when we arrived. We were told nothing was available. When we finally got the room I immediately got sick in the stomach because of the mold smell. Walls were filthy. The closet hangers were broken. They need to take the pictures down off the website because that’s false advertising. I can’t believe they’re allowed to rent rooms to anyone with the filth that we experienced. We checked our immediately and went to another hotel "

"This was a good hotel. The only thing missing was in room coffee and the soap dispensers in the shower were empty. We stayed for a week while visiting our daughter. We would definitely come back. "
