Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Upon arriving at 1:45pm they told me we couldn't check in until 3 or else I had to pay $35. All this was said while there was a sign on the desk (that I didn't notice until coming back after 3) that said you could check in at 2. While checking in the girl at the front desk was very kind but when I pointed out the sign the manager in the office became angry and loud and proceeded to argue with me about check in. After checking in the room was good but the ice machines were both broken. No ice at...

「Staff was rude. Guy had a bad attitude. No hot water. Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude」

「Well don't won't 103 TV not up to par, staff was great, I left a mess because I can't stand and do dishes my friend left to go to work and I had to pack and leave so did not have the energy or the willpower to get them done was given a late checkout, would love to come back but not room 103 if possible sorry for the mess」

「Overall my stay was good, only thing bothered me that I stayed 6 nights with toilet clogged.. maintenance still on the way 😂😂😂. Thanks to my gym . However the lady at night shift tried to help me coming to the room trying to open it . Anyhow overall stay was good」
