"Poorly maintained facilities. Water faucet in sink trickled water. Had to use tub spigot to wash hands and brush teeth."

"I stayed at this property during the Valspar event and had a 10 day stay. After a 6am flight from NY, I was hoping for an early check in, but was denied and told to come back at 4pm. Okay. Understandable. I came back at 4:30 and was told that there was construction going on and that they would move my room to a quieter area for my comfort. I don't know what my original room was, but the room that I was moved to had construction directly above it. People doing flooring; all sorts of banging throughout the day (which ended around 6pm each day.) I asked if there were any other rooms available and was told that another room would be available later that day (day 3) and they would call me. They never called. The elevators didn't work. The tile in the lobby was being redone and there were bizarrely roped off areas each day causing people to have to walk in/out of opposite entrances/exits. A three day tile job lasted the length of my stay and, at that pace, looked to have another week or two left. The room itself was fine. For $400+/night.... I'll be going elsewhere on my next visit to the area."

"The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but it wreaked of cigarettes smoking, uncomfortable sleeping."

"Terrible hotel! It was a last minute decision and a very poor one. As soon as we walked in to turn the light on this massive light shade fell off of what they called a lamp. They have led lights taped to the ceiling that turned on and off when it wanted to. Electrical outlets have exposed wires everywhere."

"The staff were notably friendly and that was definitely appreciated! There was some kind of problem with the alarm clock in the room, but thank you for the on time early wake up call!! Printer at the office center was not working, but fortunately I was able to work around it. Nonetheless, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff really made this a very pleasant overnight stay :)"
