Står att det är ett femstjärnigt hotell men standarden är som ett två-trestjärnigt hotell. Hotellrummet har gamla möbler, maten är smaklös och frukosten består till 99% av sötsaker, samt poolerna är smutsiga. De flesta av personalen kunde inte prata engelska, till och med när vi försökte beställa i baren blev vi ignorerade just pga detta. Vi blev så besvikna på allt och direkt på morgonen dagen efter lämnade vi hotellet. Vi tror att de kan leverera en bra standard till italienska hotellgäster men inte till utländska turister som inte kan italienska.
