「Very nice stay!」

「My only gripe is our Ac was horrible in the second building. Was difficult to sleep but they provided a fan. Def ask for main building.」

「The place was beautiful and the owners were beyond accommodating. We had so much fun relaxing at the pool and going to the beach in the morning. It’s a little outside of Lagos but definitely worth the stay」

「Nice place if you like the shared idea (some rooms have shared bathrooms). Afterwards you have to clean the pan. All these things are not explained on the Expedia sites. You will find this information just before check in when you get an email from Casa Nook or on their own website.」

Once we raised this with Pedro (check in agent), he didn’t offer any apology but simply to have a cleaner come back, no compensation and our request for a room change denied as it was “peak season”. After the cleaner came, again ants and multiple stains across the bedding were still there. I raised this again with Pedro, called multiple...
