Really lovely rooms ,decorated to a high standard. Comfy bed, spacious and excellent air conditioning. Beautiful rooftop seating area with hot tub. Excellent communications and welcome from Ana. An absolute gem of a place. Loved it!

We loved our stay at the Alte Tradition Guest House. The staff were all lovely and breakfast was great too! They even catered for us by getting gluten free bread for my GF who is a celiac. Unfortunately due to no fault of their own there is construction right outside and it was loud and dusty which dampened our ability to stay there throughout the day to relax in what is a small but ok pool, and a nice hot tub. There aren’t too many options to eat around the area but there are local supermarkets and ample parking five minutes walk down the road instead of having to navigate the small streets of the town. Overall I’d give the property 5/5 stars but only 2/5 for the surrounding area which is a shame. That being said, if you have transport it’s a great location to explore, with around a 25/30 min drive to the airport and beaches.

Alte Tradition is a beautiful property in the middle of Alte village. The rooms are beautifully designed each with its own special touch of theme through the medium of soft furnishings. Impeccably clean, everything really modern whilst retaining cultural identity. We were the only guests on the night we stayed. It felt very exclusive and were made to feel really at home. The hot tub on the roof really was the highlight, nice and warm and ready to go. We used it under the stars for a couple of hours surrounded by peace and fresh mountain air. In the morning a lovely breakfast was served in buffet style. Lovely spread and quality local produce. Staff were friendly and very efficient. If we ever head back that way we will definitely stay again. Alte village is not exactly set up for tourists staying overnight, it’s more for day trippers. We enjoyed interacting with the locals as much as we could. The hotel has other properties which we would be keen to try out in the future.

The guesthouse is located on narrow cobblestone streets. We had to park about 100 meters out on the Main Street. The room is very clean and modern. They serve a wonderful breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Restored traditional house with very spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The attention and service by the staff was exceptional. Only challenge was parking, very limited due to the nature of the location and dynamics of the town.

Edificio ben ristrutturato. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. Essendo gli unici ospiti quando siamo arrivati la ragazza alla reception stava andando via, percio' ci aveva mandato le istruzioni su whatsapp. Colazione solo a partire dalle 8.30 e non molto varia essendo solo per noi. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi per il parcheggio ma in stagione quasi impossibile trovarlo. Prezzo piu alto rispetto alle altre strutture utilizzate durante il viaggio di pari o superiore livello. Si paga forse per il fatto di essere ad Alte, molto rinomata, ma non particolarmente interessante. Anche la cena veloce fatta da O Atrio cara

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuné est très bon et copieux. Point positif pour le jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Le seul petit inconvénient est pour se garer. Mais je recommande fortement.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Schöne, moderne Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider konnten wir den Whirlpool nicht benutzen, da dieser sich nicht erwärmen ließ.
