「Room was clean but hot the central air didn’t work so we plugged the old one up and it was loud so had trouble sleeping the room next to us was smoking cigarettes and some other strange smell was coming from their room breakfast was 16 and it was basic continental breakfast which was cold. Then I was charged full payment when I already reserved it with my credit card」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」
