「Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom) Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open....

「Room was clean and bed and linens were comfy. It was as to be expected (would have preferred a slightly lower rate for the conditions overall). Staff was chill and friendly. Breakfast was lame. 」

「Very nice and clean rooms. We would definitely stay again but it would be nice to have included breakfast. We sat at the restaurant that's connected for 20 minutes and nobody served us so we left. 」

「Terrible. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, not only was I awoken all through the night because the walls are paper thin. The neighbors continued to hit the wall right at my bed causing me to wake up multiple times, including waking up my daughter. Then, in the morning I go to shower and the bathroom is freezing, because there is no way to heat it only the room and 1 thermostat. Sadly I took the complaints to Management but they refused to speak to myself or Expedia. Despicable 」

「Everything was great. The rooms are upstairs so if you have trouble with packing your stuff up stairs, you need to take this into consideration. It's a bed and breakfast and everything was great.」

「I enjoyed my stay, however the breakfast portion was very small even for a petite person like myself, I was still very hungry after breakfast. There was a cleaning issue with the bathroom that was overlooked by the cleaning staff that I alerted the owners to that will hopefully be fixed for future visitors. The house is great and very clean overall. The owners are very nice.」

「The property was clean, and newer-looking. The location was great. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Easy access. A lot of amenities around. Breakfast was surprisingly lacking. I would use this hotel again anytime I travel to Louisville. 」
